Our Services

Every child is unique, which is why our occupational therapy services are tailored to their individual needs. We work with families and schools to help children build the skills and confidence to thrive in everyday life.

"My little boy was seen by Linda for an assessment earlier this year. I feel like Linda just understood Sean straight away and helped us to understand his needs better. We are much more able to help him to focus and regulate himself and know now how small little things can effect him. He's getting on much better at school and is so much happier in himself."

"My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago and found school, emotional regulation and bedtime particularly challenging. From the start, Linda understood how her brain and emotions worked. My daughter described it as Linda helping her to “close all her apps”.Since working with Linda, bedtime is easier, school is less challenging and she has learned valuable tools to understand and manage her ADHD. She is now excited to start secondary school in September, which is wonderful for us to see.We are so grateful for Linda’s expertise, understanding and empathy."

"We first approached Linda to conduct an ASD assessment for our son. From the initial phone call, meeting, and diagnosis, Linda’s kindness and understanding immediately put us at ease, making the entire process comfortable for us and our son. Linda has a gentle demeanour and a lovely, child-centred approach that made us feel completely supported throughout. Her vast knowledge of ASD and sensory processing has been an invaluable asset to us going forward. We would highly recommend Linda to any family looking for an expert, compassionate Occupational Therapist.”

Occupational Therapy Intervention

Following assessment, intervention is tailored to the individual’s goals, strengths and everyday needs. Using a collaborative, coaching-informed approach, therapy focuses on improving participation in meaningful daily activities rather than simply practising isolated skills.

Parent Consultation & Coaching

Parents are experts in their own child. These sessions provide guidance, education and collaborative problem-solving to help families understand their child’s needs and develop practical strategies that can be embedded into everyday routines.

School Consultation

Working in partnership with teachers and schools, this service provides practical recommendations to support participation in the classroom. Consultation may include environmental adaptations, sensory strategies, handwriting accommodations, executive functioning supports and classroom observations where appropriate.

Home & School Programmes

Individualised programmes designed specifically for the child’s goals and daily routines. Activities and strategies are practical, achievable and embedded into everyday life to maximise carryover and meaningful progress.

Sensory Regulation Support

Support for children and young people who experience sensory regulation challenges that affect everyday participation. This may include developing sensory strategies, environmental modifications and personalised regulation plans for home and school.

Occupational Performance Coaching

A collaborative coaching approach that empowers parents, young people and schools to identify meaningful goals, build confidence and develop sustainable strategies that improve participation in everyday life. Rather than focusing solely on remediation, coaching supports long-term problem-solving and independence.
